Are these Department Stores Low-End, Middle-End or High-End? (look . . . I remember that Macy's bought out some of our good, locally owned high end department stores Then the quality went way down I'd put Kohl's in the Penney's and Sears category but Kohl's does have great sales so I think they'll stay in business I think I've been to a Target only once so I don't know about it If I want something, I go to the particular store that has that brand--like J Jill
