SOLVED in the Nvidia app the overlay would be on without playing a game (Click Alt + R if you see something similar but not exactly as this, it could be that for you, my problem was different but just letting you know) Like the title says, I have a thing at top right of screen saying my fps, gpu, cpu, and lat (?)
